If you take the train that is a short distance away, you can easily get to Helsingborg, where you can visit Sofiero's Castle and Kärnan. If you want to take a ferry ride, it also goes from here directly to cozy Helsingör in Denmark. If you want an even greater selection of shopping and culture, Malmö is 1 hour away. There are plenty of lakes and wonderful excursion sites throughout Skåne and down towards Österlen. This also makes this accommodation a good place if you are going to fish. Torekov's picturesque harbor is lined with many small restaurants. Ferries run from the harbor to Halland's Väderö. You also have beautiful Mölle, which you should take the opportunity to visit.
